6. Tim Allen
In 1978, Tim Allen was arrested in Michigan for drug trafficking. He was caught with over 650 grams of cocaine. Allen later cooperated with authorities and pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of possession of cocaine. He served two years and four months in prison before being released on parole in 1981. The experience inspired Allen to clean up his act and pursue a career in comedy.
5. Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan has been arrested multiple times throughout her career. Her first arrest was in May 2007, for DUI and possession of cocaine. She was arrested again in July 2007, for DUI and driving with a suspended license. Lohan was arrested for the third time in September 2010, for violating her probation. In 2013, she was arrested for assaulting a woman in a New York City nightclub.
4. Robert Downey Jr
Robert Downey Jr. has a long history of legal troubles related to drug addiction. He has been arrested multiple times for drug possession and related offenses. In 1996, he was arrested for possession of heroin, cocaine and an unloaded firearm. He was arrested again in 2000, for violating his probation by being under the influence of drugs. Downey has since turned his life around and has become one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
3. Mike Tyson
Mike Tyson has been arrested multiple times throughout his career. In 1992, he was arrested for the rape of an 18-year-old woman in an Indianapolis hotel room. He was found guilty and served three years in prison. In 1999, he was arrested for assault after punching a motorist in a road rage incident. He was also arrested for drug possession in 2006. Tyson has since turned his life around and is now a successful actor and businessman.
2. Wesley Snipes
Wesley Snipes was arrested in 2006 for tax evasion. He was accused of failing to file tax returns and failing to pay taxes on over $38 million in income. Snipes was found guilty in 2008 and sentenced to three years in federal prison. He served his sentence from 2010 to 2013.

Martha Stewart was arrested in 2004 for charges related to insider trading. She was accused of receiving nonpublic information about the sale of ImClone stock and then selling her own shares before the news became public. Stewart was found guilty of four charges, including obstruction of justice, and sentenced to five months in federal prison. She served her sentence from 2004 to 2005.
